BarTender Cloud Automation Label Design (Cloud-SaaS)

BarTender Cloud Automation is a mid-tier Cloud-SaaS (Software as a Service) solution for barcode label management and printing. Designed for businesses that require integration with automated workflows, it operates entirely through a web browser—no software installation or server infrastructure management required.

Building upon the entry-level Cloud Essentials, the Automation Edition adds advanced capabilities for seamless integration and automated printing from business systems such as ERP, WMS, and MES.

System Specifications

• Platform: Runs on standard web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices via the BarTender Mobile App (iOS / Android).
• Local Printing: Requires installation of the BarTender Print Gateway on client computers to route jobs from the cloud to local printers.
• Cloud Storage: Includes 5 GB centralized storage for templates and documents (compared to 2 GB in Essentials).
• Users & Printers: Unlimited users and unlimited printers.
• Licensing Model: Annual subscription, priced according to annual label volume tiers.

Licensing Model

Unlike traditional On-premises installations, this edition uses an annual subscription model. The key advantage is that you can freely add unlimited users and printers without extra licensing costs, making it ideal for organizations that want to extend label printing access to all employees seamlessly.
