The HIP FluA/B Antigen Test Kit is designed to detect Influenza A and B antigens from anterior nasal swab specimens. It uses the principle of immunochromatography for individual invitro screening. This test can be used by the general public but should not be relied upon as the sole basis for treatment or diagnosis.

Precautions

• Follow the instructions strictly.
• Once the test cassette is removed from the aluminum pouch, use it within 1 hour to avoid moisture absorption by the desiccant, which may affect performance.
• Do not use the test if the pouch is damaged.
• Do not use the test after the expiration date.
• Do not reuse the cassette or any singleuse components.
• Store the cassette at room temperature in a sealed condition to prevent moisture. If stored below room temperature, allow it to reach room temperature before opening the pouch.
• Read the test results within 15–20 minutes; do not interpret results after 20 minutes.
• The extraction buffer contains a small amount of preservative that may irritate skin or eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation or rash occurs, consult a doctor.
• Use only the extraction buffer provided with this kit; do not mix components from different production batches.
• Use freshly collected samples.
• Do not inhale the extraction buffer.
